Blythe Development Company is a licensed general contractor specializing in site work and golf course construction. Twin brothers and Charlotte natives Jack and Frank Blythe founded Blythe Development in 1989. Both Blythe Development and Blythe Brothers Asphalt are owned and operated by the Blythe brothers who collectively have over 55 years experience in site work construction. Blythe Development's operations include clearing, grading, storm drainage, sanitary sewer, waterline, curb and gutter, sidewalk, concrete paving, retaining walls, culverts, bridges, stone base and asphalt paving.
