Don’t be steered into another accident by your insurance company or the other parties’ insurance company. Did you know some insurance companies have ownership in some shops? Makes you wonder who the customer really is. BNC Quality Auto Body does not participate in any of the repair networks because of the concessions or stipulations in the contracts, which generally leads to a lower cost/lower quality repair. We believe we have a responsibility to you, the vehicle owner, who is ultimately our customer, not the insurance company.

Our staff of qualified technicians have over 60 years of combined experience, making us a strong and competitive organization. We have filled all those years of experience with a great deal of practical knowledge and formal education.

Our customers know that we have been serving the community since 1988, and through enduring hard work and continued support from our suppliers we will remain to service them. Customers are welcome to stop by our facilities and see how the work on their vehicle is progressing. We operate to manufacturer's recommended repair procedures and using only quality components.

Our friendly reception area is comfortable where we can have the customer relax. We provide coffee, soda, and filtered water; and if you need to handle your own business while you wait we have a telephone, fax machine, and photocopier at your disposal.
