Based in Dallas, Texas, Boardroom Software's mission is to develop and deliver executive-focused, cutting edge business software tools to companies across North America. BSI was originally conceived by the executive management of Aztec Systems, Inc. (ASI) (www.aztecsystems.com) in conjunction with Aztec Business Solutions, L.L.P.'s (ABS) (www.aztecbizsol.com), a Microsoft Business Solutions consulting practice. Through ABS's experience delivering financial solutions and ASI's own frustrations with managing corporate equity-related transactions and documents, BSI's Equity Enterprise ; product was created. The development of Equity Enterprise ; was achieved with the input of experts from several leading Dallas legal and accounting firms such as Haynes & Boone and Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P and global experts from PWC, E&Y, as well as several leading investment bankers.
