Description
The professional law corporation, Moore·Faust Injury Law Group, was founded in 1975 by four attorneys interested in providing consumer oriented legal services to the general public. Moore·Faust Injury Law Group was founded on a basis of resolving complex and controversial legal issues most often at trial. In the 1980s, the legal practice of Moore·Faust Injury Law Group evolved to the representation of big business, particularly defending insurance companies on injury claims.
As best possible, our effort is to provide you an estimate of the approximate value of your injury claim relating to motor vehicle and traffic accidents. The injury settlement estimate does not apply to other various insurance claims. We will provide a rough estimate of how much you might receive on your claim. The estimate will not be exact. The attempt is only to provide a rough estimate. The information you submit is a large part of the basis an attorney can use in estimating the value of your claim. When you call us and describe what happened, we can make a better estimate of the value of the case. After all, the more we learn about your injury claim, the better we can estimate its value. In any event, any estimate we provide is approximate.
With a history of representing injured people as well as insurance companies, Moore·Faust Injury Law Group has the knowledge and experience to assist you in your claim. Moore·Faust Injury Law Group no longer represents insurance companies, but having done so, we know their methods and techniques in attempting to limit the amount they pay injured claimants. Moore·Faust Injury Law Group is not a full service law firm. If you are charged with a crime, facing family matters, facing debt collectors, or a myriad of other legal problems, Moore·Faust Injury Law Group is not your choice. Moore·Faust Injury Law Group takes great pride in only representing the interests of those who have been injured.
We are an A+ rated injury law firm. Our contingency fee can be lower because unlike other law firms we exclusively handle insurance injury claims. For over 25 years our injury lawyers have collected millions of dollars for accident injury victims.
Of course, you may be required to pay back your own health insurance company for anything spent on your behalf. Most health insurance companies have the right of reimbursement — meaning, your insurance company can have you repay them from your settlement for any medical bills they paid on your behalf — if another person is responsible for the car accident that caused your injuries.
