Description
was originally established as an Auction Company in 1980. We received our Real Estate license soon after in 1982, and our brokerage began in 1987. As an independent brokerage, we decided our customer focus would remain family oriented be it Residential, Commercial, Farm/Ranch, and Auctions of all types. We became incorporated in 2005 yet remain small enough to know our market and connect with the people within our area. We are members of the National and Kansas Association of Realtors and the Hays Board of Realtors/Hays Multi-Listing Service. Being part of our local Multi-Listing Service allows us to show all listings of brokerages in our area.
