Terms of Sale Bob Long Direct does not currently accept international orders via its website or online payment solutions. International orders are handled on an individual basis via telephone only. All shipping charges are estimated based on recipient’s address being located in the contiguous 48 states. Orders placed by residents of Alaska, Hawaii or other outlying US territories may incur above average shipping fees due to geographical location. All orders must be delivered to the registered cardholders address. Address checks will take place, so to avoid unnecessary delay, please ensure the correct address is given. It is not possible to inform our customers as to the availability of any particular product. Products offered for sale are rarely out of stock but the situation may arise due to shortages with supply. However, if an item is out of stock we will contact the customer by email or telephone informing them as to the status of their order. Every effort is made to keep product and pricing information up to date. If an error is discovered with an online order we will contact the customer to inform them of said published error.
