Bodhi Yoga opened its doors in 2001 with a mission to provide organic yoga instruction to students with the traditional goals of strengthening the body, clearing the mind and awakening the spirit. Whether you are a beginner student working on the fundamentals or an advanced student with a deeper practice, we provide the pathway for your yoga journey. While respecting traditional forms, Bodhi teachers work closely with yoga masters of varied styles in order to express the continued evolution of hatha yoga. Bodhi Directors, Sean and Bruce, have studied with Baron Baptiste, Shiva Rae, Bikram, John Friend, Jivamukti, Manju Jois, Ana Forrest, Erik Shiffman, Ramanand Patel, Dharma Mittra and many others. Each of these teachers communicate the truth of their individual path in their practice. By developing these relationships, we contribute to the modern day practice of this 5,000 year old science.
