Fitness Center Customized Age Reducing Exercise Body Builders Gym is the home gym for a uniquely integrated exercise intervention center. C.A.R.E. can be described as cognitive exercise; it grows your body and mind.Simple movements improve your strength, balance and reflexes. Why is this so vital to your wellness that BBG would “care?” At age 40 we begin to lose 5% of our overall brain volume each year. After age 70 this can accelerate, creating many discomforts in our lives. You may already have experienced the physical and mental decline of a loved one. C.A.R.E. is a neurogenesis (brain cell growth) exercise program that heightens reflexes, improves balance, raises self-confidence, sharpens auditory perception, promotes better coordination, further develops the kinesthetic-tactile system, and increases visual perception and reaction time.
