This survey will allow our company to assess what our customers' exercise, methods employed, and general questions related to physcial fitness.

I decided to try your [PRIME] Spray as it was recommended by my oral hygienist. I was leery about doing the injections and she had used both kinds and said your product was just as effective as the injections. On Jan. 3rd of this year I started the protocol. I did the 2 rounds of the [PRIME]. I followed the diet and regime exactly as it is laid out in the information you make available. I have now completed the 3 week phase of stabilizing and now am slowly adding in the carbs. I can truly say your product is absolutely amazing. I feel like a new woman..
