Sean holds a B.A. in Mathematics. His passion is math and he has a natural talent for working with students of all ages. His ability to motivate students with emotional and behavioral issues is exceptional. Furthermore, his success at encouraging these students to continue with school, as well as become productive members of society, is noted by the families he has worked with. He also has experience advocating for student needs in addition to continuing his education through workshops, webinars and online courses. He has been assisting students with the completion of BYU courses for credit for many years and is familiar with all the math courses, as well as many of the natural science, English, social science and Spanish courses.

Michelle Thomas decided to make a difference in the lives of students in the community and began tutoring students in the Boulder County area in February of 2001. As business grew Sean decided to join her in her dream to provide quality tutoring at an affordable price and in 2005, they formed Bolder Tutor, LLC. Since the beginning, they have both been involved with many school districts in the area, as well as several private schools. As the business continues to grow, they find new ways to provide for the needs of the community and serve as a resource of information for those in need. Bolder Tutor continually builds partnerships with other professionals and local organizations that can support the families of their clients.
