Brad is a CADD Technician III with over thirty years of drafting experience. Brad is multi-platformed with recent experience in AutoCAD and Microstation. He is also multi-disciplined providing design drafting and CADD services for civil, structural and mechanical engineering projects. Project experience includes working with the local, state and federal agencies standards making him easily adaptable to new projects. He is also proficient with 3D Studio Max, AutoCAD/3D & Microstation/3D.

With over twenty five years of experience, Mr. Belihu is a Senior CADD Technician with exceptional knowledge and experience in AutoCAD, Microstation, and LDD. Practical experiences includes delivery of civil, structural and architectural CADD services. He also has experience in design drafting of architectural and structural construction drawings. His excellent organizational skills allow him to work in collaboration with a team or independently.

Our managers and technicians have extensive experience working directly with engineers to provide a quality product tailored to meet the standards of the project.

BD&D is providing CADD services for the preliminary engineering phase (Phase 3) of the Eastlink project. Tesfaye's versatility enabled him to provide CADD support and produce track alignment, roadway, structural, and utility drawings on this project. File management platform is Sharepoint.
