The Bollinger Hills community is located in San Ramon, CA, in the hills west of highway 680. There are 538 homes in the development, ranging in size from 1800 sq. ft. to over 3000 sq. ft. West of the development is the Bishop Ranch Regional Preserve, managed by the East Bay Regional Park District. This park is public accessible, complete with hiking trails and stunning scenery. Many of the homes on the east side of Morgan Dr. overlook the city, with a view of Mt. Diablo. Morgan Drive is the primary access road through Bollinger Hills. This street intersects two main thoroughfares in San Ramon - Bollinger Canyon Road and San Ramon Valley Blvd. Bollinger Hills residents enjoy a community pool, park and picnic area, enclosed cabana (with a kitchen and restrooms), and three tennis courts. These amenities are for the exclusive use of Bollinger Hills residents and are centrally located on Morgan Drive. The purpose of this site is to provide information about our neighborhood and the workings of the association. We are proud of our neighborhood and our homes.
