Stuart L. Fred, President, is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations of the organization. He concentrates the majority of his time with the development and construction arms of the company. In 1984, Mr. Fred formed Bomasada Development which specialized in the development and acquisition of multi-family and retail properties. Mr. Fred has been actively involved in site acquisition, design coordination, financing, management and the ultimate disposition of assets in excess of $1.5 billion. Mr. Fred has developed over 12,000 multi-family units and 1,250,000 square feet of retail/office space. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 1978 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Design. Aside from his professional endeavors, Mr. Fred is an avid sportsman and one of the top-ranked amateur golfers in the State of Texas. He is a licensed pilot with in excess of 5,000 hours total time and is an active flight crew member on Bomasada's corporate jet.John L.
