In November 1995, my second office in Putnam County, in Carmel, New York. Although my practice has always emphasized bankruptcy, my legal experience has been broad, covering all types of personal and business issues and transactions, including real estate, corporate matters, including establishing corporations, shareholder or partnership agreements, buy and sell agreements; collections of amounts due; Wills and Estates. My bankruptcy practice and experience is extensive, representing both debtors and creditors, in a very wide range of matters. My clients have included individuals; small businesses, such as a bookstore, pharmacy and a coin and stamp exchange; to a fur trader; national mail order catalogue; and a bus company. The Westchester and New York State Bar Associations have invited me to speak at lawyer continuing education seminars. My topics have been bankruptcy in general and in particular, the interplay of bankruptcy and divorce law.
