Steven is a certified presenter for the Lightning Safety Alliance (LSA) and offers LSA continuing education programs to Architects and Engineers. Steven holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with over 15 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. Steven brings his knowledge of Division Manager and Installer to his current position of Sales/Estimating. The experience of these positions affords Steven the reputation of providing exceptional customer service. Steven’s expertise of lightning protection and grounding ensures the complete accuracy of proposals and scope meetings.

Charles Lee holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with over 30 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. He successfully managed our Dallas/Fort Worth divisions for over 20 years before transitioning to the corporate trainer. Charlie trains the company's management team, installers, designers, and estimators with the ability to adapt to all levels of skill sets. Charlie's knowledge of lightning protection standards and construction experience has afforded him the ability to develop training manuals, testing and training programs for the entire lightning protection industry. As an industry expert, Charlie informs the staff with updated, recent industry information and research. He provides results oriented instruction in business and academic environments using knowledge of “best practices” to enhance teaching and learning.

Traci is an integral member of the project coordination team. She utilizes almost 10 years of construction experience to deliver job responsibilities varying in size and complexity. Her detailed ability to direct, organize and control project communication is an advantage. With over 20 years of customer service and management experience, Traci is very effective at inspiring a team performance with our customers to deliver owner satisfaction. Her commitment to professionalism is at the forefront of every task. Traci excels in the fast-paced environment while exceeding the company’s needs to access information with daily project activities and contact with customers.

Renee Landers has approximately 15 years in the lightning protection industry. With over 20 years in management experience and utilizing her business degree, Renee oversees the company's day to day operations. Her successful leadership record ensures the company runs smoothly and effectively by the company core values. Renee is able to manage the company's operations in such a way as to maximize the amount of work completed and minimize the time spent while evaluating revenue margins. Renee's strengths include maintaining work productivity and implementing goals for company efficiency and growth, along with preserving guidelines for personnel evaluations, hiring and job growth. She is careful to observe the company's progress in order to ensure that the guidelines set up are working for the benefit of the company, employees and customers.

Jeremy holds the Lightning Protection Institute (LPI) Master Installer certification and has earned this with over 10 years of lightning protection and grounding experience and rigorous testing. As the Houston Division Manager, Jeremy’s management skills provide excellent customer service from project initiation to closure. Jeremy has continuously managed the construction demands of fast track and design build projects while maintaining the highest quality of installations and ensuring the safety of his crews.
