Jason has over 15 years of experience in the residential and commercial construction industry, and has worked in the greater Atlanta area his entire career. Jason developed and built over 20 homes in Highland Village, a luxurious, eco-friendly neighborhood located west of Atlanta. Due to his attention to detail and consciousness of the environment, Jason was nominated as builder of the year by Earth Craft Homes. His background includes a family history in property development, new construction, roof replacement and remodeling.

Silas' down home style has helped him span a successful career of over 30 years as an adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company. He is also experienced in residential real estate development. Silas has extreme insight to the roofing and remodeling business. He is also the father of Josh and Jason Bonner.
