Hello! I am Candice Warren and I am the proud new Owner and Operator of Book by Owner in Cape San Blas Florida! Book by Owner opened its first location in Dillon CO in July of 2003 and I am excited to be able to provide the Book by Owner vacation rental management program to homeowners in Cape San Blas Florida. I have been visiting the area for many years and have now officially become a local resident. I sold my real estate business in Colorado and relocated to the forgotten coast for good! I have extensive experience in real estate and vacation rentals and still own several vacation homes around the country. I look forward to meeting with you and assisting you and your guests anyway I can.
