The principals of the company are entrepreneurs that are focused on low cost, economic, & technically sound operations. BoomTown, having direct experience in both conventional & unconventional reservoirs across the US, is basin agnostic and focused on deep value capture. BoomTown is always seeking opportunities in both oil & gas through directly negotiated transactions, marketed processes, distressed sales, and organically generated ideas. The company's goal is to be a value added partner and friend whether you are a landowner, JV member, financial sponsor, or service provider.

The company, as a true independent, has multiple sources of capital available for any deal. Our capital partners include wealthy private individuals, family offices, PE firms, hedge funds, banks, mezzanine lenders, and others. We are open to any creative structures that make fiscal sense to all parties and are always looking for a win-win solution.
