BCI is a St. Charles County not-for-profit organization committed to providing productive and fulfilling employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. Established in 1959 as a one-employee candle making shop, Boone Center now employs over 200 adults with disabilities. Our modern campus consists of two production areas totaling 102,500 square feet built especially to satisfy the needs of our special employees as well as the customers we serve. BCI believes that all persons are entitled to the chance to earn a living through productive employment. With the support that BCI offers, those who otherwise would not have this option can become contributing members of the St. Charles County community and experience the satisfaction obtained through productive activity. Licensed by the State of Missouri through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education, Boone Center operates as a certified sheltered workshop. By soliciting customers and successfully performing subcontracting work, Boone Center has established itself as one of the leading specialized packaging companies in the Midwest. Boone Center achieved this distinction by providing superior customer service through quality workmanship.
