Since 1987, we've been creating custom and semi-custom home communities in Colorado. They are conceived and developed on a more personal scale, in beautiful settings with gorgeous views.With us, it's always a matter of quality not quantity. That's something you'll sense right away, from the location, the site plan, and the builders we choose. Certainly, we give you a wide choice of builders, as many as 15 in some communities, but each is individually selected based on their craftsmanship, ability to stay on schedule and on budget, and willingness to work with and respond to the wishes of our clients.Sure, there are lots of communities that are bigger than ours. And that's really the point. Those places feel like big developments. Bosch communities feel like home.
