About the Artist: Teri's utilization of colored pencils begins with her love for Hawaiian flora as can be witnessed by the many varieties growing in her yard. It continues with her blending techniques which have resulted in beautiful and unique drawings that have quickly established her style and reputation. Although time consuming and tedious, it allows her to bring out the rich and vivid colors that nature has to offer. Her use of lightfast pencils (Faber Castell Watercolor and oil as well as Prismacolor) and 100% museum quality rag paper insures the longevity of her works.
