You may not know us but while driving throughout the state of Kentucky, you may have run over us a time or two. Bottoms Engineering & Service, Inc. has been fabricating steel for the bridge industry for over 30 years. Bottoms Engineering & Service, Inc. was established in 1967 as a structural steel fabrication shop catering to the Kentucky highway industry. We have expanded our facilities from a two man shop to a 20,000 square ft. facility.

The success of our company is based upon our long-term commitment to our customers and our attention to detail and satisfaction. The engineers at Bottoms Engineering can custom design to your specifications. Our computer aided design drafting (CADD) allows us to fabricate custom products for the commercial, industrial and automotive sectors.

At Bottoms Engineering & Service, Inc. we specialize in providing custom products fabricated from materials such as carbon steel, aluminum and stainless steel. Our shop is equipped with a complete line of fabrication equipment including welders, ironworkers, automatic saws, and a computer controlled burning table. This equipment allows us to fabricate material ranging from .090 aluminum up to 4” thick steel. Bottoms Engineering fabricates all Kentucky standard steel grates. All fabricated materials can be primed, painted, hot dip galvanized, or anodized.
