Tim Hindes provides the company with vision, direction, and quite a bit of humor. With high energy and a big heart, Tim is constantly meeting others' needs. He'll spend the day solving clients' tricky situations, then head home to work on the family farm where he and his wife Mary Kay raise grass-fed beef cattle. The bigger the challenge, the more Tim enjoys taking it on - a mentality that paid off as Tim built Bounce Logistics to more than 20 employees in the midst of an economic downturn. But after 25 years in the business, he understands his customer base and how to meet their needs in ways nobody else offers. Freight forwarders have shown their appreciation by making Bounce Logistics one of the fastest growing logistics companies around. Tim encourages his employees to give back to the community and tries to lead by example. Bounce sponsors a monthly soup kitchen, and Tim teaches classes in a program at the Center for the Homeless in South Bend that helps their guests re-enter the workforce. He also has a lot of fun helping charities raise money by putting his auctioneer skills to use - he's got the fast calls down pat. As administrative assistant to Tim and Kurt, she's constantly on the run, coming through in a big way. When she gets home, she makes all sorts of crafts, from fleece tie blankets and quilts to painted flower pots. She even makes lap blankets to donate to the Veteran's Hospital in Ann Arbor. In 2008, Ann sat just a few rows from the dugout when the Chicago Cubs won the division, definitely making her teammates on "Cubbies for a Cure," with the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, quite jealous. Ann has a husband, Troy, and a daughter and step-daughter, ages 20 and 19.
