Bounds Chatelain and Pharr, P.C. is a full-service accounting firm that provides tax, accounting, audit, and consulting services with a personal touch that is constantly commended by our clients. Founded in 1981 by partners, Gary Bounds, Ray Chatelain, and Gary Pharr, BCP is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Austin Chapter of the Texas Society of CPA's.

As one of the longest standing Austin CPA firms, Bounds Chatelain and Pharr prides itself with not only on the wide range of services that we offer, but on the personal touch with which we provide them.

BCP was founded in 1981. The founding partners, Gary Bounds, Ray Chatelain and Gary Pharr are alumni of the University of Texas McCombs School of Business in Austin, TX. They would like to invite you to visit with them about the firm and its people.

Yvonne graduated Magna Cum Laude with a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida. She become a Certified Public Accountant in 1997. She joined the BCP team in 1999 and has extensive experience in various taxation areas.

Angie was born and raised in Louisiana before moving to Austin in September of 2011. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in May 2009 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She joined the BCP team in October of 2011 with 2.5 years of previous experience in bookkeeping and tax services. Angie is currently enrolled in LSU’s Distance Learning program and working towards attaining a CPA license.
