Bow Engineering and Development, Inc. is a civil engineering firm which provides master planning, project management and design services to public and private sectors throughout the islands of Hawaii. Incorporated in 1998, Bow Engineering's staff has over 50 years of experience ranging from water, sewer, drainage and roadway system design to real estate planning and implementation strategies for land development, subdivisions and condominium projects. We pride ourselves in establishing good communication with our clients and being a team builder. This communication has resulted in numerous projects exceeding the expectations of its owner. Our staff has established a working relationship with numerous small and medium size engineering and architectural firms which allow us to provide a multi-disciplined design team. We have developed a pro-active and positive "can do" approach to projects. Our staff has established excellent communication and professional working relationships with State, County and Federal agencies which allow us to facilitate the processing of project reviews and approvals in order to meet or exceed the expectations of our clients. The project management system established allows for projects to transition smoothly through the various phases in a timely manner.
