DEDICATED LEAD CARPENTER/SITE MANAGER: You will be assigned one of Bowers highly skilled Site Managers. Your Site Manager manages your project and your project alone , for the duration of the project. Your Site Manager adds value by performing some of the carpentry aspects of your projects as well as the total construction management of your job. Our carpenters average more than 25 years of experience in residential construction and many have been with Bowers for more than 10 years.

B.S. in Architecture University of Maryland, Master of Architecture University of Pennsylvania, M.B.A. Georgetown University Mark has a breadth of experience ranging from managing his own architectural services firm to providing owner services as the Director of Architecture & Planning at Johns Hopkins University. His design experience ranges from residential to institutional and from building plan to master plan. Beyond any of Mark’s professional experiences, Mark has an infectious positive attitude and a passion for great design.

Our construction site managers and carpenters have, on average, 20 years of construction experience each. They are highly skilled master carpenters and craftsmen. They are 100% quality minded and dedicated to making sure your project goes as smoothly as possible.

Virginia Commonwealth University, Bachelor of Fine Arts With over 12 years of residential design/build experience, Lori’s design approach is creative and detail oriented. She enjoys working with clients to develop a cohesive design and is involved in the entire process, from concept through construction. Lori is a life-long Virginian and enjoys photography, cooking and travel.

B.S. University of Maryland School of Business Mark has more than 25 years of experience in the building industry, ranging from owning his own design firm to working for the region’s largest developers. His expertise in every aspect of construction is a significant benefit to our clients. As a registered architect, Mark understands design. His design prowess, combined with his years of construction management, ensures that our high quality designs are also cost effective and can be built with long lasting integrity.
