Description

This is a list of everything I have baked at some point rather than a list of what is available on any given day. The Standing Schedule shows the current regular rotation, but please feel free to request anything you would like to try. I'm still short some pictures, but try to include those, a full list of ingredients, a brief description, and a full set of details on pricing including the amounts. My prices include the extra effort it takes me freshly mill all the flour I use, my slow recipes, and fair prices paid to local producers or organic growers for often very unique ingredients. Grain and other costs can also be subject to major price fluctuations and could also affect prices in the short-term, but I'm working to setup long-term relationships with growers to keep the price level and sustainable. I've also taken a stab at a nutritional analysis for some of my selections.
