During the past few years Conrad has had a profound effect on the Houston real estate scene, leasing to 100 percent occupancy a 1.3 million square foot manufacturing, office and warehouse facility to 10 different companies who moved in 1,500 employees. A 230,000 square foot office building, the former headquarters of Hughes Tool Company, was sold to the State of Texas and is now occupied by the General Services Administration, along with several other state agencies. Additionally, Conrad has recently completed several significant transactions for Baker Hughes.

Experienced in both industrial and office real estate brokerage, David Boyd joined Boyd Commercial in 1991, focusing on user building and investment sales as well as landlord and tenant representation. David is also a specialist in site acquisitions, build to suit, and design build facilities, both speculative and owner occupied industrial development. David has built his career with long-term relationships gained through thorough market knowledge and service to the client.

We provide consulting services and market studies to assist clients in developing investment strategies, and then implement these strategies through the sale and acquisition of investment properties, including industrial, office and retail facilities.
