We are Drs. Michael Skrobola and Jonathan Schlosser and we’d like to welcome you to our four office locations in Middletown , Monticello , Newburgh , and Monroe , NY. We have been dedicated to helping children, teens, and adults find optimum oral health for over 35 years, and we also treat many of the area’s dentists, hygienists, and other dental professionals and their families. Hello! We are Drs. Michael Skrobola and Jonathan Schlosser of Bracesetters and we are extremely proud of our over 35 years in orthodontic practice. Our mission is to provide you with the best possible care for achieving an excellent bite and a beautiful smile. With our highly skilled team, we offer state-of-the-art techniques in a warm, caring, and stress-free environment designed to put you at ease from the moment you walk through our doors.

Along with our orthodontic informed consent document, we provide a fully customized diagnostic letter, complete with pre-treatment photos for each new case. The letter explains in easy to understand terms the details of the orthodontic problem, recommendations and options for treatment, and possible limitations and concerns in achieving the desired outcome. Patients also receive a customized post-treatment letter with before and after photos that detail how to maintain the outcome.

As children grow, so do their teeth. And more often than not, certain teeth will grow in crooked. This isn’t uncommon, as the majority of children in Newburgh NY will require some sort of teeth correction, whether that’s braces or retainers. Retainers are custom-made devices that either work to hold teeth in place or correct tooth alignment. They’re often worn all day, aside from meals, at the start of the treatment period and then eventually are rolled back so they’re just worn at night. However, Dr. Schlosser and Dr. Skrobola will instruct different plans for each case. Braces on the other hand are typically worn for at least a year and work to help straighten or position teeth. Bracesetters Orthodontics has experience providing braces to a wide variety of cases, and we will be able to provide them to you efficiently and professionally.
