Description
Brad Weesner has worked with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Maryland Institute College of Art, and Washington, DC landmark - Annies’ Paramount Steak House. The firms experience in luxury home sales and real estate management makes them ideally suited for a variety commercial projects. We provide full-service architectural interior design, landscape architecture as well as procurement and installment of everything related to a commercial interior design project. We ensure on-budget and on-time delivery and installment of all items, right down to the alarm clocks, and pillows for your boutique hotel project. We will work with your team to ensure we understand the branding process, development of the demographic, focus groups and other pre-development phases.
To see the furnishings and features together in the space, and for them to be in context with each other is a very fulfilling experience for you of course, and also for us. We love to take this time to show you some of the design details that may not have been discussed previously – and show you the details that make it all work. We understand that a big reveal is sometimes impossible but the emotional equivalent of “seeing what you waited for” can be strong. Therefore, we work very hard to provide the reveal moment with our Client to have the first look, and gauge the success of the project. We get to see our ideas come to life and begin to experience a sense of excitement through the eyes of our clients.
We quickly assess a potential client’s is in the process- from pondering and still learning, to the person who just wants action right now. We match our style of working to our customers’ needs and control the process to meet their goals. For example, if we need to expedite the timeline, we expedite the intake of style/function. We glean aesthetics through side conversations, and by presenting images to encourage reactions. When ordering furniture or working with craftsmen, we make considered choices based upon quick delivery.
We believe that teaching is important and it is an intricate part of our design process. We find that it's inspirational for our clients and for our firm. We hope you sign-up and join us on our mission to make every space in every place an exceptional work of art.
