Description

Brain Engineering, Inc. has been an active member of the Eastern Iowa community for more than a decade. The Company was established in October 1992, by Mike and Anne Brain. They worked together as a survey team from their Toddville home. Dan Schmidt joined them a month later to provide his engineering design.

This farm field on Quass Road will soon become Evergreen Estates, a new residential subdivision in Robins, IA. Brain Engineering is providing Civil Engineering and Survey services.

Dan has extensive experience in road design; water main and sanitary sewer design; storm water management; erosion control; site grading; and design. In addition to his technical skills, we have many satisfied repeat clients because of Dan's outstanding abilities and his personable attitude.
