JJ has extensive business experience in real estate in the Asian markets. Since graduation from college, JJ has worked within the Koo organizations, managing construction and development for a number of major commercial projects, many in excess of $100 million (USD). For the past 10 years, his focus has been within the PRC where he has relationships built deep within the central government and several municipal governments. In addition, JJ headed up Koo's effort in the Shanghai Pier 16 projects, working within the Port Authority of Shanghai and the various district development authorities.
