Brait served as the General Contractor for the $51 million Bedford High School Addition/Renovation. A legal challenge to the lowest bidder for this project resulted in an almost three month court delay to the start date of the project. Once the project was awarded to Brait Builders, they were diligent in their effort to make up for lost time and get the project back onto schedule. Remarkably, Brait not only achieved that goal, but also managed to reach substantial completion eight months ahead of schedule. They did this within budget and with minimum disruption to a high school that remained in session throughout the project.
