R. Brand Morgan, CEO Mr. Morgan is founder and Chief Executive Officer of Brand Properties, which originated out of the financial activities of the fifth generation privately owned Brand Banking Company, founded in 1905. Brand Properties is a real estate development group that focuses on the acquisition and development of multifamily, office and retail properties. Mr. Morgan is the owner of Wheeler/Brand Management Company which manages and leases 5 million square feet of privately held and third-party holdings. Founded in 2005, Brand Properties is a privately owned real estate development company that emerged from the banking and financial activities of the Brand Banking Company. Today, both the banking and real estate companies are operated by fifth generation family members.

Brand Properties' full service leasing & management group is Wheeler Brand Management Company. Founded in 1985, Wheeler/Brand provides a full suite of leasing and property management services across a portfolio of more than 94 retail and office centers located throughout the Southeastern United States.

Michael C. Hoath, President Michael is the President of Brand Properties. He has considerable experience in the development of commercial real estate assets, with a specific focus on mixed-use projects. Since entering the real estate industry in 1988, Michael has developed more than 4 million square feet of office, more than 1.3 million square feet of retail, and 12 hotels. Michael's more prominent mixed-use developments are Atlantic Station and Lindbergh City Center. These are two of Atlanta's first and largest mixed-use projects delivered to date.

Derek C. Kahn, CFO Derek is the Chief Financial Officer of Brand Properties. He has more than a decade of experience in the areas of investment analysis, acquisitions, dispositions, financial planning, compliance reporting and tax structuring and planning. Prior to joining Brand Properties, Mr. Kahn was the Chief Financial Officer for Lane Company, a national fully-integrated multifamily real estate owner and operator. While at Lane, he oversaw the management of a 25,000 unit portfolio as well as the acquisition and development of a multifamily portfolio valued at more than $1.5 billion. Mr.
