Vendor Information For the Fourth Annual Strawberry and Asparagus Festival the fee is $25 for both days. We require for you to be at the festival for both days so that we provide consistency to our customers as well as a full vendor lot. One vendor per space. The fee includes a 12x12 space and discounts on food and drinks. Please bring your own canopy, tables and chairs. We encourage you to decorate your space to make it attractive to guests. First time vendors are required to send us a photo of your set-up. Assistance will be available for set-up. Who qualifies: Local art and crafters only!

How early can I set up before the festival on Saturday? You can set up as early as 7:00 am we just ask that you complete your set-up process by 9:45 Saturday and 11:45 on Sunday Can I bring some set-up items out the night before? To keep the confusion to a minimum we ask that you bring your items with you the morning of the festival. We will however make exceptions for those that have specific needs. Is there a safe place to leave some merchandise Saturday night? We will provide a locked room on Saturday night so that you do not have to load and unload your equipment.

This year at the Three Sisters Harvest Festival we began a commitment to make our event zero waste. The dinnerware and other applicable trash at the festival was either composted on our property to be used as nutrient rich soil for our crops, or it was recycled. This left the farm with only one bag of non recyclable and non compostable trash for over 200 people and 10 vendors at the fall festival. Branstrator Farm is in the process of growing this idea and making the service available to other community events in and around our region. This new service is called Zero Wasted.
