The design of this plant was based on the premise of food safety and humane handling, incorporating the latest in scientific and technological advancements.Brawley Beef, LLC. is proud to claim ownership of two (2) SILLIKER Gold Stars over the previous two (2) years. SILLIKER, the leading international network of accredited food testing and consulting laboratories, visits our facility once a year to audit our GMP, SOP, SSOP, and HACCP programs.
