Brawner Builders, Inc. is a well-financed construction firm in the Baltimore-Washington Metropolitan Area. Brawner Builders, Inc. prefers that all proposals be sent the day before pricing is due for Brawner Builders i.e. if bid X is due on March 3rd @3PM, we would like your price faxed or e-mailed to us on March 2nd @4PM. This enables our staff of Project Managers to review your scope of work and to call you with any questions they may have regarding your scope. Early proposals enable our staff to have the best opportunity to provide the best possible price to our client. Moreover, due to the nature of bid deliveries we often must have our price ready several hours before the bid deadline.
