Danalyn Robinson, the founder and CEO for BLS, has over 12 years combined experience in the education and technology fields. Her specialty is applying technology-based solutions to enhance learning and performance within organizations. Most recently, she has served as senior instructional designer and project manager. With a sincere delight in learning and sharing, Danalyn has worked with both children and adult learners. The BLS team includes a dynamic network of specialized consultants, including: Iris Gathing Iris is a senior level instructional designer with a proven track record of producing on-time, on-budget deliverables, and delivering training that is both instructionally sound and interactive. Iris possesses a solid understanding of the relationship between technical applications and business processes. She is an effective team player with the ability to rapidly assess business needs and provide quick-start solutions. Iris has over 17 years Instructional Design experience in both instructor-led and web-based training and has served as the project lead on a number of enterprise-wide training applications. Iris holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and a Master of Arts in Instructional and Training Technology. Lisa White Lisa has used her results-oriented and knowledge retention approach to design and develop materials for a variety of media including instructor-led, web-based, and online support training, as well as paper based reference guides, and self-study materials. Lisa's content experience is varied ranging from soft skills training – including Coaching, New Hire Orientation, and Sexual Assault Awareness to more technical training for business applications such as SAP – Payroll and HR, and PeopleSoft. Lisa received her Masters in Human Resources Development and her Bachelor ’s in Business Administration, and has over a decade of applicable experience across various industries. Lisa has put her expertise to work for companies like: Bell-Atlantic, Borden Foods, Ceridian, Coca-Cola, Eckerd ’s, and Georgia-Pacific. Community minded, Lisa has held Leadership roles with Atlanta Society for Training and Development (ASTD) and worked as a volunteer for the Atlanta Committee for Olympic Games.
