The most efficient way to pick a house plan is to let us know what dollar range you are trying to stay in and what features are most important to you. We can guide you through picking a plan that will work for your budget. You do not want to spend hours pricing plans that exceed what you want to spend or vice versa. Our number one goal is to have a happy homeowner from beginning to end. There are two ways that we try to ensure this. First we give each customer a detailed two-page contract of our responsibilities and yours. Second we give each customer a six page detailed spec sheet. Spec sheets are vital.
