Description

As secretary/treasurer and co-founder of Bren Management, Brenda Kera administers the finances of both the firm and its clients. Her nearly twenty years of experience in finance include ten years with Bren Management and fourteen years of investment banking at The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse). Ms. Kera received her B.S. and her M.B.A. from Pace University.

Thus, the formation, in 1983, of Bren Management -- a firm dedicated to providing highly responsive and reasonably priced services especially designed to meet the needs of small to mid-size cooperatives, condominiums and rental properties.

Martin Kera has extensive experience in real estate including 25 years as the President of Bren Management Corp. and over thirty years practicing real estate, co-op, condominium and landlord-tenant law. He is currently a member of the Real Property Section (Co-op/Condo and Construction Law Committees) of the New York State Bar Association, Chair of the General Practice Section of the New York State Bar Association and a member of the House of Delegates of the New York State Bar Association.
