BrenBobCo was founded in 2004 with one simple goal: to provide quality gifts and gift wrapping products at reasonable prices. Every day, we strive to earn the trust, loyalty, and respect of every customer we work with. That is why we will not actually charge your credit card until your order has been processed and is ready to ship (if you pay using PayPal, they will charge your card immediately. This is their rule, not ours). In addition, we do not collect or store your credit card numbers in any way. They are transmitted, securely using high strength encryption, to a credit card processor who notifies us of the transaction result. Here are some of our other policies: In Stock We stock every product that we sell. If it is on our website, we have it ready to ship. We do not list items that are on backorder, or that we "might" get someday. If you try to order more than we have available, we will let you know immediately, before you complete your order. Shipping and Handling Our goal is to ship every order within one business day, and on the same day whenever possible. Usually, this means that orders received prior to 3:00 pacific time will go out same day. If, for some reason, we are unable to ship your order within one business day, we will contact you for your approval before we ship your products. We ship all of our orders using UPS, and you get to decide how fast you want the shipping. This means that we cannot ship to a PO Box, we must have a physical address. Returns and Exchanges We want you to be happy with you purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please return your items within 30 days. We will gladly exchange or replace your items, issue a store credit, or refund your purchase price. This policy does not include holiday-themed items. Once a holiday has passed, these items may not be returned or exchanged for any reason. Sales Tax We are required to collect 8.25% sales tax on all purchases within California, and to include shipping and handling fees when calculating sales tax. Privacy At BrenBobCo, we respect your privacy. That is why our mailing list is opt-in. Unless you agree, we will not put you on our mailing list, and you can ask us to remove you from our list at any time. We will also never sell your personal information, including your name, address, or e-mail, to anyone, ever. We will provide information to law enforcement officials pursuant to a valid court order, but that is it.
