This vast amount of ground level experience is used to value companies and evaluate the ability of various management teams to select desirable properties and maintain them properly. Furthermore, Mr. Silvers has met with the top management of more than 75 firms, which allows for better comparison of different strategies. The property-level and management research is supplemented with real estate and economic research publications, as well as discussions with other real estate professionals.
