Description
Bridges was founded in 1984 as one of the first organizations in Missouri to offer individualized home and community support services to men and women with physical and cognitive disabilities. Our residential services include both part-time in-home supports for individuals who need only intermittent assistance and supported living homes with 24 hour assistance. Men and women we support include people with developmental disabilities, mental illness and those who have sustained a traumatic brain injury.
