Executive Vice President Chief Financial Officer David has been with the Brierley family of companies for over 10 years and provides over 30 years of financial and corporate development leadership to Brierley+Partners. Part of the last 10 years was spent as the CFO and EVP of Corporate Development for e-Rewards, the world's largest online market research panel company, where he provided the financial oversight of the company's fast, profitable growth and was responsible for multiple debt financings, equity raises and acquisitions.

Senior Vice President Software Development Waqar Sadiq joined Brierley+Partners' technology organization in 2008 and leads the development of LoyaltyWare product as well as Loyalty implementations. Waqar has over 24 years of experience in software development, holds 10 software design patents in the area of distributed computing and has published two books on distributed computing and business process management. Waqar has worked in software product companies as well as IT consulting companies, giving him a broad range of experience in all aspects of software engineering.

Bill has been a member of the Brierley Board of Directors since 2002 and is Vice President - Finance, WPP Group USA Inc., a minority stockholder of Brierley+Partners. Bill has extensive experience in the advertising industry and has served in an executive corporate role at WPP Group for 18 years, working with numerous WPP companies on a day-to-day basis and sitting on the boards of many minority investments. Bill is a CPA who worked at Arthur Andersen & Co., with clients in the advertising, consumer products, financial service, and nonprofit industries.
