Founded in 2001, the firm is headquartered in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania, and has assisted several thousand students achieve academic gains through Bright Sky Learning Multisensory Beginning and Intervention Educational Programs.

The firm's featured language arts curriculum is the proprietary Smart Way Reading and Spelling® systematic and explicit phonics program, following Orton-Gillingham principles and modeled after each of the five key recommendations of the National Reading Panel report.
