The Malloys bring over thirty years of experience to Brightleaf Development. Bernard has orchestrated and supervised many projects, both large and small, including all phases of land development, office building construction and fine custom homes of all sizes. His uncompromising drive for quality workmanship and thoughtful construction is evident at all stages of his projects. His ability to listen and understand helps create an atmosphere conducive with fulfilling clients' high expectations. Judy Malloy's extensive background in accounting, marketing and computing enables her to skillfully supervise Brightleaf Development's financial and administrative side. She understands the nuances of the sometimes intricate financial needs of the building industry, as well as the need for state-of-the-art communications through the use of e-mail, digital photos, etc. Brightleaf's employees greatly enhance our team approach to each project.
