About Brightwork, Incorporated Brightwork, Incorporated was founded and incorporated by Ted Luekens in 1998; the company began as a custom insurance software development firm. In 2001, we started the development of our flagship product; Alyce. Having a special knack for developing specialized software that target specific needs, we recognized that the insurance industry, particularly, third party administrators and IME ’s, needed a better way to do business. Since TPA ’s and IME ’s tend to vary in size and target specific, somewhat smaller industries (such as municipalities and self insured ’s) they need a system that is mid-sized, yet powerful and substantial enough to cover many needs. Brightwork, Incorporated provides software development, consulting services, and business solutions for these types of businesses. Our customers are Third Party Administrators, Independent Medical Examiners, municipalities, and self-insured ’s throughout the United States. Brightwork has earned recognition for the ability to produce custom tailored solutions for our clients' business rules and requirements. Our reputation stems from our unique approach to providing support that targets the requirements of our customers, on demand and as needed. Our specialized pre-sales innovation and post-sales support makes us a unique solution resource. We are dedicated to offering a varying array of options and alternatives for any business need. We are a small, independent company, making it easy for our developers and support personnel to work exclusively with clients, developing specific answers to lines of business and their requirements. Also, since we are privately held and funded, we have no parent company to please. This means that we are able to focus 100% on our customers.
