With offices in Charlottesville, Virginia and Knoxville, Tennessee, Brinkman Management & Development, has been developing real estate for four decades. Since 1981 our sole focus has been the development, funding and operation of healthcare properties. We provide outcome-driven services and capital to hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare providers throughout the Southeast, with projects ranging from stand-alone physician clinics to large ambulatory care centers and full replacement hospital campuses.

Utilizing web-based state-of-the-art property and information management tools, we provide a full array of services to our clients and tenants.

One of the significant strengths that we bring to any healthcare facility development project is thirty years of experience developing "at risk" medical office and ambulatory care projects - projects where our own funds are invested and where the success of the outcome depends on our careful and experienced management of each phase of the process - from land acquisition, through permitting, design, construction, and funding - and producing a product that is viewed by the medical community as an "easily observable better value".

Drawing upon thirty years of successful healthcare real estate development experience, we provide selected consulting services to hospital and physician practice clients.

When we undertake projects in which we will have a development / funding / ownership / operating role, we build those buildings with the intent to hold and operate them successfully, not just to "build and flip" or re-sell quickly to another entity, unknown to our client hospital and physician practices. We take our commitment to our hospital and physician practice clients as a trust - both during the development phase of a project, and during the operating / property management period. This is a key premise of our business and development philosophy.
