Brinshore Development

Description

Mr. Lieberman joined Brinshore Development in March 2010. Before joining Brinshore, Mr. Lieberman was a development manager at City Interests, a Washington, DC-based real estate development company focused on the revitalization of underutilized commercial and transit-orientated urban properties. Mr. Lieberman sourced several development projects for City Interests, including a non-profit primary care facility and an early childhood education center. In addition, Mr. Lieberman managed predevelopment activities for the mixed-use redevelopment of two aging strip shopping centers, a 112 unit townhouse project and the Parkside master development, a three million square foot LEED for Neighborhoods Development gold certified, mixed-use, mixed-income transit-orientated development on the northern Anacostia Waterfront.

Established in 1994, Brinshore Development, LLC is an innovative real estate company specializing in the development of residential communities that foster conservation, collaboration and affordability. Brinshore has undertaken dozens of developments, from large-scale master planned communities to the restoration of meticulously preserved historic properties.
