David M. Messer practiced in Oklahoma from 2000 until joining Briskin, Cross & Sanford in 2007. David’s practice historically has focused on aggressively representing companies, business owners, and executives in litigated and arbitrated matters. David also has particular experience in transportation and logistics, having worked for several years in that industry prior to becoming a lawyer.

Service to community and support of nonprofits is integral to our philosophy at Briskin, Cross & Sanford, LLC, We provide legal services to and are active members of the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce, and we helped establish the 400 Technology Connection.
